(B) Human endothelial cells were transiently transfected with either a control plasmid or a Cyp2c44 overexpression plasmid and proliferation followed over 120 hours. (C) Effect of solvent (Sol; DMSO), 20-HDHA (1 μmol/L) versus VEGF (20 ng/mL) on the proliferation of human endothelial cells.
