Overexpressed Krüppel-like factor 4 (KLF4) in non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cell lines inhibited the phosphorylation of c-Jun-NH2-terminal kinase (JNK). (A) Total protein was extracted from A549, H1299, H226, and H1650 cells. KLF4 was overexpressed in the AdKLF4 group. The protein levels of total and phosphorylated forms of JNK were compared in the indicated cells. GAPDH was used as a loading control. The experiment was repeated at least three times. The quantitation of p-JNK expression in each sample was normalized with that of JNK by determining the p-JNK/JNK ratio. Quantitative analysis demonstrating a significant decrease of p-JNK expression in the AdKLF4 group compared with AdKLF4+Tc group. The data were presented as mean ± SEM. *,** p < 0.05.
