E-cadherin expression was decreased, while vimentin expression was increased in human non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tissues. Western blot was performed in human NSCLC tissues and adjacent normal tissues from the individual patient. GAPDH was used as a loading control. The quantitation of E-cadherin and vimentin expression in each sample was normalized with that of GAPDH by determining the E-cadherin/GAPDH and vimentin/GAPDH ratio. N, Normal. T, Tumor.
