(A) Relative expression of miRNAs in macrophages activated or not for 6 h with 20 ng/ml IFN-γ and then infected with H. pylori (MOI 10) for 48 h. Data were normalized to an endogenous reference gene (U6). Values of untreated cells were taken as reference and set as 1; the expression levels for treated cells were relative to the expression of untreated cells.
