Differential diagnosis of Toxoplasma gondii oocysts from Hammondia hammondi in the feces of feral cats by PCR. T. gondii-specific PCR (primer pair Tox5–Tox-8; lanes 2–6) and the H. hammondi-specific PCR (primer pair Hham34F–Hham3R; lanes 7–11).
