Downregulation of DHRS2 causes A2780 cells to become resistant to SAHA in vivo.
A total of 3 × 10[6] A2780 cells expressing DHRS2-shRNA or an empty vector were subcutaneously injected into nude mice. SAHA (20 mg/kg/day) was administered by intraperitoneal injection and was switched on day 12, as indicated by the red arrow.
