Role of JAK-STAT pathway in mediating Cryptosporidium parvum (CP) effects on downregulated in adenoma (DRA) mRNA. Postconfluent Caco-2 monolayers grown on 24-well plastic supports were treated with 0.5 × 106 sporozoites/well for 24 h in the presence or absence of JAK inhibitor (30 nM).
