RTD-1 suppresses IL-6 and IL-8 expression in IL-1β-stimulated rheumatoid arthritis-fibroblast-like synoviocyte (RA-FLS) cells. RA-FLS cells were stimulated with IL-1β ± RTD-1 for 6 h and expression of IL6 mRNA (A) and CXCL8 mRNA (B) was analyzed by quantitative (q)RT-PCR and normalized to ACTB gene expression. Culture medium from A and B was analyzed for secretion of IL-6 (C) and IL-8 (D) using the Milliplex MAP kit.
