MHC-I and -II immunostainings. In PM (A, E), MHC-I staining was more sarcoplasmic while MHC-II immunoreactivity was mostly sarcolemmal. In DM (B, F), staining of sarcolemmal MHC-I was more complete than partial, and MHC-II immunostaining was mostly sarcolemmal.
