miR-424 regulates H9C2 cell pyroptosis by targeting CRISPLD2. After HRI, cell viability (B), MDA content (C) and SOD activity (D) of H9C2 cells were analyzed. (E) The proportions of apoptotic and necroptotic cells were analyzed by FACs. (F) The expressions of IL-1β and IL-18 at the protein level in culture medium and at the mRNA level (G) in H9C2 cells were determined by ELISA and qRT-PCR, respectively. (H) Expression of cleaved caspase-1 and caspase-11 at the protein level were determined by western blotting.
