The zones of inhibition (mm) produced by disks with 0.2 mg, 1 mg, and 2 mg of sertraline (SER) against clinical and reference H. pylori strains. Amoxicillin (AMX) was a positive control of the study, for which the growth inhibition zones were in the range of 58.5–70.5 mm. The negative control was a 1% DMSO solution (v/v) that did not cause the appearance of the growth inhibition zone in all tested H. pylori strains (6 mm).
