T cell dose-dependent response in mice. Mice were immunized IM (A) and IN (B) with serial dilutions of rAd-gag vaccine expressing the HIV-1 gag gene. Three weeks after immunization, the splenocytes were collected and T cell immunity was determined by ELISpot. The splenocytes were stimulated with overlapping peptides that represent the HIV-1 gag protein. The mouse interferon-γ secreting cells were detected using the MABTECH R4-6A2-AP monoclonal antibody. The interferon-γ spot forming cells (SFC) were reported per 10⁶ splenocytes. (* p < 0.05; ** p < 0.01).
