a Focal adhesion kinase 2 (FAK2) was measured in the quantitative proteomics analysis: across all proteomics patients (n = 36), it correlated negatively with survival (p = 0.002) and could significantly separate survival curves (p = 0.002). While it was significantly lower in treatment LT patients (p = 0.002), this was not the case for control patients (p = 0.207). b Data from the publicly available TCGA dataset confirm that patients with relatively high expression of FAK2 mRNA live significantly shorter (n = 352 and n = 310, respectively).
