Zeta potentials in 0.01 mol/L NaCl (pH 7.4–7.7) of cholesterol (Chol), 1,2-distearoylsn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (DSPC) liposomes. Liposomes were made positively-charged with varying mol% of DOTAP (1,2-dioleoyl-3-trimethylammonium-propane) or negatively-charged with DOPS (1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phospho-L-serine). Liposomes indicated as DSPC/Chol/LP liposomes were prepared with lipid-PEG (poly-ethylene glycol) added (Smith et al., 2017) (with permission of Springer).
