(b,c) Tumor tissues were homogenized after 21 days of TMS-TMF-4f treatment, and whole proteins were prepared for western blotting to detect the protein expression of PARP, p-STAT3, STAT3, Mcl-1, cyclin D₁, survivin, and c-Myc. β-actin was used as an internal control. The relative optical density ratio was determined using a densitometric analysis program (Bio-Rad Quantity One^® Software, version 4.6.3 (Basic), normalized to the internal control.
