The PI3K/Akt pathway mediated FSH-induced genes expression. Granulosa cells were cocultured with inhibitors LY294002 (LY, 10 μM) or API-2 (10 μM) for 1 h before hormone treatment. The expression of OCT4 (A), β-catenin (B) and GSK3β (C) were assessed by western blotting analysis after FSH treatment for 24, 18, or 12 h, respectively.
