DAGLA and CEACAM1 are involved in the CAP-mediated recovery of sensitivity to Tx. Effect of DAGLA (A) and CEACAM1 (B) on the recovery of Tx sensitivity was determined by downregulating the genes using siRNA in MCF-7/TxR cells. The sensitivity to Tx was examined by colony formation assay after treating cells with CAP and Tx. siNC, negative-control siRNA.
