Some of the bacterial and mouse genes that were differentially expressed in the BF+T associated mice compared to biofilm-negative (BF-bx) associated mice are listed. Fecal miRNAs were also differentially expressed according to biofilm status, correlated with the relative abundances of some bacterial taxa, and were predicted to target mouse and bacterial genes.
