xCELLigence real-time cell proliferation analysis of HOS, HT1080 and SW982 cell lines was recorded in real-time (A). 24 hours after seeding, cells were treated with PENAO, gefitinib and combination. Cell index is automatically measured in electrical impedance to represent cell status. Results are presented as a mean ± standard deviation. Results are representative of 2 experiments performed in triplicate samples for each treatment.
