(i) Fractional synthesis rates (FSR) and fractional degradation rates (FDR) for soluble collagen in Pectoralis major at five different ages (P < 0.05 between ages) of bird grow-out cycle. The FSR values for d 35, d 42, and d 57 in <30% (n ≤ 3 birds) of sampled birds (n = 10) showed greater individual variation. Therefore, those values were excluded while constructing graphs, however those individual variation in FSR values were discussed in the result section.
