B and C, CNP (96 h) dose-dependently decreased cell viability in A375 malignant melanoma cells, but not in normal human epidermal melanocytes (NHEM), measured with the MTT (B) or SRB (C) assay. The percentage of cell viability of the mock-treated control (ct), which was set at 100%, is presented. ANOVA with Dunnett´s post-hoc test was used for the determination of statistical significance.
