T2-weighted MRI in Mid-sagittal plane (left image) with transaxial line oblique with respect to longitudinal axial line from bladder outlet to apex produces “Salami effect”. This results in a non-orthogonal anterior plane through the proximal thickest portion of the anterior fibromuscular plane (right image). This case is not from our cohort since it shows use of endorectal coil.
