Social and Nonsocial Dot-Probe: Reaction Time. Here reaction time (RT) is plotted, subdivided by the location of the cue (congruent or incongruent). A main effect of group was found for the Threat vs. Neutral comparison in social trials, with maltreated animals responding more slowly irrespective of the congruency of the cue. No main or interactions effects of group were found in nonsocial trials when collapsing across trials, but see text for group x testing day interaction effects. Data represented as mean ± SEM.
