LncRNA LUCAT1 ablation suppresses tumorigenicity of PDAC cells in mouse xenograft models. (A) Tumor xenograft models were established via subcutaneous inoculation of sh‐NC or sh‐lncRNA#1‐treated PANC‐1 cells in the flanks of the nude mice (n = 3). Tumor length and width was measured using a slide caliper every 7 days. The nude mice were sacrificed at day 35 post‐implantation, then tumors were removed and weighed. (B) Ki67 protein expression pattern in the harvested tumor tissues was visualized by IHC staining.
