Dose-dependent effects of columbianadin (CBN) and osthole (OST) on oxaliplatin-induced mechanical allodynia and cold hyperalgesia. Effects of treatments (CBN or OST) on pain behaviors were tested 3 days after oxaliplatin administration. CBN and OST dose-dependently attenuated oxaliplatin-induced mechanical and cold pain behaviors.
