Quercetin or (plus) paclitaxel inhibits PC-3 cell viability. (A) Quercetin cytotoxicity towards PC-3 cells; (B) Paclitaxel cytotoxicity toward PC-3 cells; and (C) Cytotoxicity of quercetin in combination with paclitaxel toward PC-3 cells; (D) The Chou and Talalay method was used for the analysis of the Combination Index (CI) of the quercetin and paclitaxel combination. Cell viability was detected in PC-3 cells after treatment of varying concentrations of drug at 24 by MTT methods. n=3, *P<0.05.
