Analysis of anxiety-related behavior in mice treated with 5 μg MIA-690 or 5 μg MR-409 (n = 18 for each group of treatment). Compared to the vehicle, MIA-690 (2–4 wk) and MR-409 (4 wk) decreased anxiety-like behavior in elevated plus maze test. MIA-690 was more effective than MR-409 (2–4 wk). Data are expressed as means ± S.E.M. and analyzed by analysis of variance (ANOVA) followed by Bonferroni post-hoc test *p < 0.05, ***p < 0.005 vs. control; #p < 0.05, ##p < 0.005 and ###p < 0.001 vs. MR-409 treated mice.
