Platelet‐innate immune cell interactions modulate thrombo‐inflammation. Platelets interact with neutrophils, monocytes, and macrophages and modulate their effector functions. These interactions promote inflammation and thrombosis through different mechanisms which regulate the development and progression of thrombo‐inflammatory diseases.
