(A–D) Monkeys (N = 3 per group) were treated chronically with vehicle, THC, or THC + CBD. Homogenates from the NAc (A) or CPu (B) were subjected to western blot with antibodies for phospho-CaMKIIα (pCaMKIIα, A and B) or phosphoSerine845-GluA1 (p845, C and D).
