Villus length, crypt depth and ratio villus length/crypt ratios presented as mean values (±standard deviation) of the measurement of 10 well-orientated villi for 3 to 4 birds per group. Corresponding probabilities (p) were calculated using ANOVA tests, differences were considered significant at p < 0.05.
