Selective sweeps and gene flow. (a) Selective sweeps and QTLs related to transcription, translation, post‐translational modification, and secondary metabolism in Prunus mume. The lines of each linkage group indicate selective sweeps; the colorful box, triangle and circle of each linkage group indicate QTLs. A total of 21 selective sweeps in early blooming time cultivars showed coincidence with QTLs related to transcription, translation, post‐translational modification, and secondary metabolism.
