Synthetic pathways for the preparation of dipeptidic building blocks (A–E) and assembly of final albicidin derivatives (F–J). The C‐terminal dipeptidic building blocks inherent to compounds 3–15 and 21–23 have been prepared analogously to previously reported protocols.
