SPOCD1 deficit inhibited PI3K/AKT pathway in ovarian cancer cells. (A) In SKOV3 cells, SPOCD1 was knocked, and IGF-1 was used as the PI3K/AKT pathway activator. (B) In CAOV3 cells, SPOCD1 was knocked, and IGF-1 was used as the PI3K/AKT pathway activator. Relative protein level of PTEN, p-PI3K, PI3K, p-AKT, AKT, and β-actin was measured using Image J. Data were presented as mean ± SD from at least three independent experiments. **P<0.01 compared with control group.
