Human microglia and AβPP overexpressing cells were co-cultured and exposed to CRID3 (100 nM). After 48 h of incubation, using human inflammasome genes PCR array, we observed down-regulation of inflammasome forming genes expression in these cells indicating the anti-inflammasome activity of CRID3 in AD cell culture model (p ≤ 0.05 for all the genes listed in the table).
