Effects of LPS stimulation with or without Gap19 treatment on apoptosis and ROS levels in HUVEC. After continuous exposure to 400 ng/mL LPS with or without 100 μM Gap19 for 24 h, apoptosis (a, b) and ROS levels (c, d) in HUVECs were assessed, respectively, by Annexin V-FITC/PI and DCFH-DA using flow cytometry.
