Purified proteins were injected onto a Superdex 75 increase 10/300 gl column that had been equilibrated in a buffer containing 30 mM Tris, pH 7.5, 100 mM NaCl, 1 mM DTT, and 10% glycerol. The absorbance at 280 nM (A₂₈₀) was normalized for all chromatograms.
