Microbial composition of reactivated fresh and preserved planktonic and sessile microbiota. Relative levels of abundance of bacterial and archaeal families of fresh and preserved planktonic microbiota (plankM) and sessile microbiota (sessM) of fresh (t1) and cryopreserved and lyophilized (t2) plankM_F1 (A), sessM_F1 (B), plankM_F2 (C), and sessM_F2 (D) were determined by analysis of the V4 region of the 16S rRNA gene amplicon using sequencing after 24 h of batch fermentation.
