Protection effects of silkworm pupa oil (SPO) against hepatic injury induced by acetaminophen (APAP). SPO reduced APAP‐induced oxidative stress, and thereby suppressed the activation of hepatic nuclear factor (NF)‐κB signaling and the production of proinflammatory cytokines. This ultimately attenuated APAP‐induced hepatic injury.
