The closest homologs of D. discoideum cAMP signalling proteins in each of eight amoebozoan genomes were aligned with each other and with the closest homolog outside Amoebozoa. Phylogenetic trees were inferred and annotated with the functional domain architecture of the proteins. Bayesian posterior probabilities (BIPP) of the nodes are represented by coloured dots.
