(C,D,E) Summary bar graphs showing that GNX treatment significantly reduced the g‐ratio compared to vehicle treatment (Lyso‐Vehicle: n = 3, Lyso‐GNX: n = 3, P < .05), resulted in a significantly lower number of unmyelinated axons compared to vehicle‐treated rats (P < .05), and significantly increased the number of myelinated axons compared to vehicle treatment (P < .05), respectively.
