Wound bacterial burden on day 3 (A) and day 7 (B) in mice infected intradermally with 5 × 108 cells MRSA was determined by the amount of CFU growth (n = 5 wounds per group). The bacterial burden of plasma, CaCl2-PdB, and F-PdB treated wounds in both bacteria were significantly lower than untreated, but no significant differences were observed between two the PdBs.
