Deletion of brpR and brpT disrupts biofilm structures. Biofilms of the V. vulnificus strains were grown in flow cell chambers under constant flow. (A) Biofilms were stained by LIVE/DEAD BacLight Viability Kit (Invitrogen), and CLSM (LSM710, Zeiss) images were acquired at 100 × magnification.
