Each leaf (short vertical line) in the tree represented one gene. The genes were clustered based on dissimilarity measure. The major tree branches, corresponded with the color rows below the dendrogram, constituted the modules. (B) Module-sample association analysis. Each row corresponded to a module, and each column corresponded to a sample. The number of gene in each module was displayed on the left of each row.
