In stage 16 embryos, Snu-GFP (green) is recruited to the apical plasma membrane of epidermal and gut cells (A,C,C’). This localisation is independent of Osy function (B,D,D’). The apical plasma membrane of gut epithelial cells is marked with Crb (red, C’,D’). A and B live embryos, C and D fixed embryos.
