A) Genotype does not affect plasma iron content after injection of 59Fe-Tf. H67D mice have higher circulating levels of 59Fe-FtH1 on PND7 than wild-type mice. On PND22, wild-type mice have higher circulating levels of 59Fe-FtH1 than H67D mice (n=10 mice). B) Sex does not affect circulating levels of 59Fe after 59Fe-Tf injection. C) Sex does not affect circulating levels of 59Fe after 59Fe-FtH1 injection.
