Dashed line highlights the 4 week time point used for grouping by quartile. Simulated granulomas with zero CFU were considered to be sterile and the time at which sterilization occurs was recorded (in weeks). Granulomas were grouped by the quantiles of IL-10 in the environment at 4 weeks post infection. Error lines demonstrate range of data up to 1.5x the interquartile range, outliers are indicated by black circles.
