Purification and characterization of purified VSD4-NavAb nanodiscs. (A) Following incorporation of VSD4-NavAb into nanodiscs, size-exclusion chromatography was used to separate VSD4-NavAb-incorporated nanodiscs from empty discs. (B) SDS-PAGE analysis of fractions collected from SEC demonstrates that VSD4 -NavAb-incorporated nanodiscs reside in the first peak and that empty nanodiscs predominate in the second peak.
