What I suggest is the government should work hard like at the beginning. Every activity was taken seriously during HIV emergence—the awareness creation, the VCT (voluntary counselling and testing) campaign, the involvement of NGOs, etc. Such courage should comeback… The commitment of every individual should be as it used to be.
