The main clinical signs of PPR (as described in veterinary literature) are listed in the left-hand column, and common local disease syndromes are listed across the top of the matrix. For each local syndrome, the shaded cells indicate which of the PPR clinical signs were reported by livestock keepers to be associated with the syndrome and/or were observed by the researchers when examining clinical cases of the syndrome, as named by the livestock keepers.
