Interventions |
Treatment group received childbirth preparation in self‐hypnosis that included information on labour and delivery. The control group received supportive counseling. The study intervention began with individual meetings during regular clinic visits between 20‐24 weeks. Continuing clinic visits were scheduled on a biweekly basis, with the intervention run over 8 weeks. |
